Re: Michelin Star Restaurants?

Even with a Michelin star, they need to be able to accommodate allergies and sensitivities alike. But it seems like your interest in going comes more from the option of going, rather than a want to go?? If that's case I'd skip it. Find a place that has what you like, any high end restaurant will pretty much give you the same experience.
You could also try contacting the places you think look most promising. You probably won't get a specific menu, but they should be able to reassure you when it comes to alternatives/how much fish they'll force you to eat.
