I guess I didn't realize that a BL series explicitly meant that exactly zero other ships were allowed. Must be hard to write for a series with only two whole characters to fill the entire narrative. Your fandom must be tiny.

That's a lot of words to not address that tags are for sorting purposes only and don't have to do with what's canon.

Tagging a slice of life canon as slice of life shows that it continues the genre of canon as opposed to diverging and being drama. Tagging a character as cis just shows that it continues the canon in the same way. Sorting and categorizing is good.

The vehement pushback about this mild idea is so, so strange to me
