Yup. Fortunately he doesn't ask for much and is generally reasonable so I help him out. If he stops messaging me if I stop helping him, no loss to me lol

No. But I do have the crazy libertarian uncle and aunt who I don't talk to much. And my dad's family was super racist.

Opposite here. My extended family has all become so respectively insular that it feels sad at times. My cousin didn't even reach out when her mother-in-law passed.

I have a cousin who only messages me for money. I never give her any, but she keeps trying.

That's my dad, pretty much. He wants me to get him something, or find out information that he's too lazy to look up himself, or clumsy triangulation to get my siblings to do something he wants.
