Depends where you go and what you're doing. I'd say keep your yeti with you, a lot of places will have water refills that you can stop off and go, but if you're going more rural a backpack with water bottles can keep you hydrated as well. If you're going to a sporting event/museum/a place with no outside food or drink then relying on them might take more effort, but you can try asking if tap water is free, and putting an alarm on your phone/watch to get a refill/buy a new bottle every time it goes off. Also be sure to check out bag restrictions if you do opt for a multiple bottles/one of those mountaineering type hydration packs.
