(Anonymous) 2026-02-20 08:50 am (UTC)(link)The marketing really shifted into overdrive when WFH became more common, because before that they were marketed as travel cups to keep in your car for your long commutes, it wasn't even expected you'd take it into work with you. And let's not even get into how many retail jobs outlawed ever having any kind of drinking vessel, closed or not, at the register or your station. And probably still do.
