I mean, that thread isn't necessarily for people to "pay attention to," is it? It's more intended for people to submit secrets they want to have created, and that's still what happens. If someone wants to comment, they are free to, but then they might not bother to comment when the actual secret is posted. I just don't see a problem with how it works right now.
