I agree entirely, it's bullshit. in this state, the Tavern League lobby is so powerful that it can keep laws from being passed and also blacklist any PSA about drinking and driving except at NYE, when they can tout how they fund free taxi rides (in cities that have taxis which is...3? in the whole state?). I hate it.
