one hundred percent agree, this is a weird one.

Without the associated image, I would've thought this was about the popularity of (often untagged) daddy kink in fandom. But the associated image makes me confused as to whether this was actually supposed to be about Trump and Trumpies.

I don't wanna talk about Trump and Trumpies - especially not in a fandom context. I don't even want to talk about Trumpies as though they were a fandom. IMO they're either a hate group, a cult, or both.

I could have things to say about daddy kink and its prevalence in fandom, but not when I can't tell whether the secret is even about that.

Both are valid secrets -- if it's about Trump and his personality cult, it's a tongue-in-cheek joke that lands. I don't particularly want to talk about Trump in F!S, though, even if his groupies are a "fandom" with an obvious daddy kink.

If it's about untagged daddy kink in fandom, though, that's more interesting to me and worth discussing, but because of the choice of image, I'm a bit worried that the place where OP is seeing the untagged daddy kink is in politics/Trump RPF, in which case I *really* don't want to engage with the secret. Or if they're just comparing people's raging un-self-aware daddy kink to Trump's fan club, I... also don't want to engage, lol. Please don't analogize people putting their semi-embarrassing kink on display in their fanfiction or whatever to the psychological headspace of fascists, thanks. They're just not the same thing.
