Re: Work Woes

Most of my woes come from the government these days. Had absolute asshole government attorneys my past few hearings. These type of cases have a bunch of things to prove, but usually the easiest to show is that the client has been in the US for the past 10 years. We always file evidence showing that. And usually the government concedes on that and only fights on the other things.

Only the past couple government attorneys wanted to fight on that, insisting that our client could have left the US between the different bank statements/bills/etc. we filed. Like they seemed to think we were required to file things for every single day of the past few years or something. Which has never been the rule. It is just a massive waste of everyone's time and exhausting and makes me want to punch them.
