That part.

So often IME when someone is called out for bullying or being shitty online, it's someone who spends a lot of time crying about how they're bullied IRL and their family doesn't care that they're depressed.
And don't get me wrong, that is sad to hear, but at the same time, that's not an excuse to be shitty to people just because it's words on a screen.
