2) I don't use Venmo, so forgive my ignorance if they aren't the same, but I had the same problem with learning how to use PayPal back when it launched. I've only just gotten one because my card details got stolen and I had to find a safer way to shop online.

3) I use PDFs and attach them to emails as part of my job, I should hope I know how to do it

4) If you mean switch between a phone call to read a text I just got then yes

5) Have a forgotten password email sent to my email address (unless ofc I don't have access to that email address anymore, in which case RIP) or in the case of phone numbers being used, have a code sent to my phone.

6) I give myself about a day or so to get used to using a new device. If it's something similar to what I used before it's no problem, but I use iPhones and never had Bluetooth headphones before the jack got taken away. Each Bluetooth headphone is different so it's a learning process.
