Least Favorite: Palpatine. And he was a favorite character of mine. But bringing him back for the sequels (and in Legends too) was the wrong choice.

Clara Oswald. And I love her. But the bringing her back was dumb. Her death was really well done.


Favorite: Gandalf, Dean Winchester, Buffy, Daniel from Stargate

Not really actually dead ones, or still dead but there anyway: Force Ghosts in general, The Doctor and the Master with their many regenerations,
