It's one of the most graphic rape scenes I've ever seen and intentionally choreographed and filmed to exaggerate the aspects of dehumanization and humiliation involved.

NGL, I laughed out loud at the end of the scene, which was a puzzling reaction that I can only attribute to (1) some kind of paradoxical reaction to the horror of it all, and (2) the fact that it involved an unlikeable male character stumbling around in a disoriented state of full-frontal nudity, which was something I was not expecting to see in a horror movie or like... in general on a screen.

But yeah, it was a clear-cut case of rape, and I can't fathom any argument that the rape or murder was deserved.
