Starker, with a 30 year age gap. For shipping purposes, I go with a fanon version of the MCU in which Tony Stark didn't die in Endgame, and the snap got undone quickly (or it simply never happened). I tend to prefer when they get together when Peter is in the 18–20 age range, which canonically would make Tony 49–51. However, there's something I find really satisfying and elegant about the idea that Tony is an even thirty years older, so I tend to just headcanon Tony as being born in 1971 rather than 1970.
