I'd take a deep breath, step back from any "radical" content you see that moralizes everything, and focus on helping those around you than The Ethics of Entertainment.

This. You are what you eat. If you spend an inordinate amount of time doomscrolling through threads of people saying not to eat this or that, how this film studio overworks its employees, that grocery store underpays their employees, that's going to give you all kinds of invasive thoughts about how you're a bad person just for existing same as everyone else.

Chances are, a lot of these people have only picked one domain to focus their boycotting on anyway. There was a time when I doomscrolled like this awhile back, and all it did was make me feel awful, because I didn't have the money to buy organically-ethically grown everything at the store (college student with limited stipend), nor the time to research the labor practices behind every little food product I consumed. Not to mention the whole "drop in the bucket" effect you mentioned.

You are not Jeff Bezos. You are one neurodivergent person trying to carry the weight of the world's moral failings. Take care of yourself, and don't direct that ire where it doesn't belong. Grant yourself the same grace you extend to others.
