Well, er... perhaps it will at least make the Doctor more likely to show up (in your head, at least?)

Seriously, if you have stopped your meds without medical advice, please, please reconsider. I say this as someone who is right now off my meds without medical consent, so believe me, I know it's tough--I don't even have side-effects, three years of therapy hasn't figured out why I stupidly do this to myself--but it's important to try to stay on them.

And, really, traveling without your psychiatric meds (to another country, to the grocery store, through time and space, whatever), is a bad idea. All the stress and unfamiliar circumstances are just perfect triggers for a bad episode. I'm sure the Doctor would want you to bring your pills with you.
