I had a great start to the week but now I am draaaaging. Let us talk sleep!

What time do you usually go to bed? How many hours of sleep to you aim for?

On my days off, well, on my first day off, I'm ready to go to sleep at about 8PM or so.
Following off days - around 10 or 11. I usually get up around 7:30AM, regardless.
On my working days (I work overnight shifts), I go to bed around...11? Noon? and usually get up around 2PM, then am up for a while to do whatever, then nap again around 8PM, up at 9:30 to get ready for work.

I'll sleep until I have to get up or until i can't sleep anymore, I'll nap when I can, I don't usually try for any particular amount or anything. As I've gotten older, I can't lay around in bed so much anymore, my hips start to hurt, as does my back.

I would love a solid 10 every night but with a housemate that is actuve at night that is just not possible.

Depression makes me want to go to bed at 6pm some nights so my semi rule is not in bed before 8pm. Sometimes I fudge it and go in at 7:30...

I try to have lights out by 10pm. I have to get up at 5:45am for work amd having that schedule for years means my days off I basically get up around 6 even without the alarm.

I usually go to bed about 8:30PM, at least I try to keep a schedule so that I sleep since I have insomnia and take medication to combat it. I was so tired from work last night that I didn't even say good night, just flopped into bed and passed out.

I try to be in bed by 8:30-9, takes me an hour usually to get to sleep, and I have to get up at 6 to leave at 7. I'm trying for 8 hours. It goes up and down, though. I've had a bad week of sleep, so I'm going to try to be in bed by 8 tonight.

I go to bed at around nine. I don’t actually fall asleep until way past midnight.

I’m in bed at 10:15 every night and get up at 5:45. I would like to sleep longer but my body just won’t.

I aim for 8-9 hrs. I'm typically in bed, lights out, by 10pm. Up at 6:30-7:00. Whether or not I actually sleep is anyone's guess. I've been literally-cannot-keep-my-eyes-open-cannot-keep-a-thought-in-my-head tired, and still not been able to sleep. So sometimes I just lie there and physically rest.

I struggle hard to get enough sleep, even when I go to bed early and don't have anything the next day and could sleep in. I still either can't get to sleep, or wake up for extended periods in the night, or wake up too early and can't get back to sleep, or, sometimes, all three! I think it's my various struggles messing with my sleep. I didn't used to be this way, but life has worn me down to the bone, and I'm mentally and emotionally tired in a way that sadly interferes with my sleep.

I'm highly anxious and more productive at night, currently making a game so my sleep schedule is a bit of a mess; I'll usually turn in a good bit past midnight. My partner has had some horrendous snoring issues lately, so I usually have to migrate to the sofa at some point. I dream of a good solid 7 hours, but it's not happening anytime soon.
