Yeah, probably some survivorship bias in this assessment here lol. Straight and/or cis people tend not to talk a lot about their identities on the internet compared to LGBT people.

So you're less likely to find out from the author of something you liked is straight or whatever from something like a profile picture, author's note, or bio. Unless they're really conservative and in your face about it.
