Re: How do you open up the "Hey, I think I've been depressed lately" conversation with your doctor?

That’s a good question and while I know we’re just internet strangers, it’s really nice to hear that you’re being more proactive than I generally have been.

You say that you struggle to imagine yourself saying that to your doctor. Do you have a feeling of what would hold you back from just saying it? I feel like the advice might be different depending on what your worries/anxieties/discomforts are.
