Personally, I thought Lyta brought most of her S4 and S5 problems on herself. She was a traitor who threw in with a race that turned out to be huge assholes, and she wandered around the station like she had a stick up her ass and was too good to talk to anybody lesser than herself. That nobody liked her was her own damn fault.
