I laugh but also, true answer: none! Those are most likely synthetic, but in the off chance they are actual bird feathers, 1 - they're not from parrots, but some domesticated fowl. Too small for goose but probably hen or farmed pheasant. 2 - they aren't harvested by killing birds, anymore, they're cast-offs. 3 - they're dyed to look like parrot-colors anyway.

90% of the bird feathers you see in the craft industry are goose, a handful are pheasant or peahen if they need fancy speckled. Not including specific species tail feathers (peacock, pheasant). If it's a bird being harvested for food, then yes they'll harvest all the feathers too, but they don't just kill birds for the feathers anymore. It's easier to dye goose and chicken feathers than it is to kill birds.

Unless you mean ICly in which case lmao yeah Victorian fashion was gross.

You're welcome! I do a lot of crafting and sustainability is very important to me, so I've done my research.

Agreed with the other nonny, thank you for coming here and telling us this! I enjoy hearing behind the scenes wardrobe trivia, especially for period movies.
