While I'm glad that Palia is succeeding after such a horrifically rocky start (it's nowhere near the level of rebirth like No Man's Sky/FF14/Cyberpunk 2077, but close), it still needs a lot of work in spaces, especially wrt optimization.

Still, it hits a nice sweet spot that Animal Crossing: NH left behind and captured my interest more than Stardew Valley and Fields of Mistria did. It's nice to see a comeback story that's finding its level as time goes on.

The only thing that is a dark mark against Palia and could hamper further success is the rampant toxic positivity problem its playerbase has. But that's another discussion for another time.
