Are there any ships from media you've not seen, that looked so interesting it drew you into the fic?

I started reading Jaime/Brienne fanfic after watching a supercut. Didn't watch GoT for years.

I mean, I got into the SIlmarillion by the way of falling for Sauron/Celebrimbor from a couple Hobbit kink meme fics. I've read it now of course, but back then I'd read LOTR once but was really mostly a movie fan.

Beyond that, it hasn't been ships per say but worlds. I've gotten into Warhammer, Warcraft, and Dungeons and Dragons even though I don't play video games or do role play games just because the worlds were so interesting.

There was a secret here where Secret OP looked up fics of Richie/Syd after she stabbed him. Based solely on the picture of Richie and Sydney for the secret and the fact that Secret OP looked up fanfics of them after Syd stabbed Richie, I had to know what was going on with that show.
Showrunners have been feeding this ship good.
