There's a font used often in secrets that I find SO hideous that I jump to the transcript and read it from there instead.

Lol I'm so curious now! There are def fonts and color combos that I see and immediately know I'm not struggling through reading that. Bless the transcripts!

What font is it?! Enquiring minds want to know!!! Or could you direct us to a secret that uses it? My personal pet hate font is called "Kristen ITC." I really can't stand it. I don't see it used very often but to me it is just the worst font ever. Papyrus and Comic Sans have nothing on it. (In fact, I actually find those two to be really nostalgic and they don't bother me.)

I dunno most of the fonts used here. But nothing, and I mean nothing, is as ugly as Jokerman.

The only other font I'd really say I dislike is Bleeding Cowboys. Even Papyrus doesn't bother me the way Jokerman does.

Spoiled, spoiled, spoiled. -finger wags-
Y'know back in my day we both had to make secrets ourselves, AND were stuck with such archaic methods as MS paint! We walked uphill both ways! Interpreted secrets ourselves- no transcripts!!

Really though, aside from some wall of text secrets, (which secret-maker tries to warn against, as they're hard to do) most every secret I've seen are all extremely aesthetically pleasing and well thought out. From choice of font, to word placement, to image choice, people do a really amazing job creating secrets, the secret-maker especially. (judging from the amazing result I've had from secrets I've asked to be made myself, no lie)
That being said... I do still try to make secrets myself, and have most recently submitted one that I made while half drunk, and even then wasn't happy with the results. The font and legibility specifically. So fair warning, more or less. There's gonna be an ugly one coming up soon.
