Rules are easy:
Person 1: Make up a ridiculous scenario, pose a question about it.
Person 2: Has to provide a solution that hangs together internally.
Now, here we depart from the Shamy rules and play the Penny variant:
If hangs together, Person 1 to take a shot.
If not Person 2 takes a shot and may "challenge".
Person one now has to provide their own internal explanation that hangs together. If they can then person 2 takes another shot, if not then Person 1 takes another shot.
The important part is to continue to drink until you run out of alcohol scenarios.

You can play it the Shamy way though, that is just for the satisfaction of seeing if you can outwit or be outwitted, just to pass the time.
