I'm strongly considering a psych consultation. The same meds have fortunately worked for me for 30+ years, but menopause has done a number on me. Wouldn't be surprised if I need a change.

I would look into a gyno before touching anything medication related, IMO. If you still feel this way while on MHT or whatever treatment you're recommended, then I'd look into a psychiatrist and discussing medication (tapering or adding a new one).

Yes, a trustworthy and sympathetic gyno would no doubt my best route.

I hear those do exist in other areas of the country.
