Dracula on Buffy was fun. Gwendolyn Post was a fun human villain. Gachnar. And of course the Gentlemen.

The Scarecrow/Vanir in season 1 of SPN was scary. I love that episode. HH Holms from season 2. And the Rugaro from season 4.
