I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE RAN AND CHECKED. But I think it's a good thing you didn't.

These "I think I saw the TARDIS" secrets always make me sort of gleeful and hopeful that I'll almost see it one day. Even knowing it might not be real, it's sort of like believing in Santa Claus in a very good way.

I agree with all of this, particularly in terms of being hopeful I'll almost see it one day (although then I fear that if I met the Doctor he wouldn't think I was good enough to be a companion. Which would break my heart forever, I think). But above all YOUR ICON! :D

I couldn't help but smile reading these two comments. I'm not a Doctor Who fan, but I am a believer in extra-terrestrials. I've given myself a sore neck many times trying to decide if something is just a star or plane or something more. And every time, I feel so damn much joy just at the THOUGHT that they're out there. Rock on! :D

OT-ish, but I made the ringtone on my cell phone the tardis whooshing sound just to see people get excited when they hear it.

That is my husband's ringtone. And yes, most of our friends do. :D I am aware that this makes all of us neeeeeeeeerds.

I live on a busy road, and the other day for some reason loads of the cars were making a TARDIS-like whooshing sound as they passed the house. Over a dozen times that day my heart soared and I rushed to the window, only to see a van or something :(

I wish I could have an oppertunity even half as cool as that was.
