I think it's completely unnecessary. You're already doing the slightly unnecessary work of making separate threads for each secret, don't make things worse for yourself. And honestly, if they were grouped, I would probably participate here much less because I'd just look for the Doctor Who secrets and leave.
When they're random, I have to look for secrets for things I know, and sometimes stumble upon a gem of a secret for a fandom I didn't expect, and sometimes other secrets make me interested in new things which probably won't happen if the secrets are grouped.
