Spoilers. For everything involving that scene.
This is from OVA 7 based in most of the volume 7, Pip saves Seras (who has been mutilated AND got her eyes torn from her), carries her while he's injured and SHOT at his legs, then their enemy to defeat appears behind her and stabs him with a scythe, Seras falls off, Pip stumbles upon a wall. When she reaches (and they make it extra painful to see in the OVA with Seras crawling out, seeking him while BLIND, Pip grabs her and kisses her, they kiss (for a looooong while in the OVA), until he breaks the kiss and tells Seras to don't cry, she's a strong girl, so she should feed from him, so they'll crush them together. As Seras (in an extra heartwrecking scene in the OVA where she wants to reach out for him again but has fallen off to the floor) crawls again to hold him, Pip thinks she's dumb, because she's crying without eyes, then laughs, thinking dying to save a good woman like her is fine with him. The cigarette he was smoking is consumed (symbolism!) Seras starts to waiiiiiiiiiiiil aloud, holding him tightly. Zorin (the enemy, a tattooed woman who can create illusions and use painful memories against people) laughs at her pain and renews her attack, saying that they'll die as insects like that man there.

Seras gets mad as hell, "You call this man an insect? You'll fucking pay!" Seras feeds from Pip, regenerates her eyes and her missing arm becomes a tentacle of shadow. Her uniform and eyes are red, "Let's go, Captain Bernadotte. Together we'll beat them!" Seras (and Pip within her- as she sucked away his soul, memories and everything), slice through the nazis and tear out Zorin who cannot use Seras' memories against her due to Pip's spirit. Seras grabs her face and scrubs it down a wall like an eraser. Pretty brutal.
