Sorry to butt in, but can I agree with this? I'm so sick of weird lesbian stereotypes.

Sure. I'm sick of romance stereotypes period. I'm also sick of people being so paranoid of stereotypes they go apeshit when they find something that even resembles one.

That's part of why I like this pairing...in my opinion, it could break a lot of those stereotypes. (I really need to write that ship_manifesto for these two...)

Sadly, there's barely any fanworks for it...

Yuri needs more love please D:

Guh. Even though HarukaMichiru will always be my SM OTP 4eva!!1(after i finish my guts/griffith manifesto, I think I'll tackle those two), Rei/Minako is absolutely love, and it does break so many lesbian stereotypes.

Rei/Minako is MY Sailor Moon OTP XD Of course, I adore HarukaxMichiru too, but something about M/V is more subtle and dynamic in so many ways :D
Gawd, I love them as a pairing ;_;

Also, randomly:

I KNOW YOU FROM JLARINDA'S FLIST. [/dork]

In RP or fic, sure, I'll toss around my stereotypes in good fun, but IRL... No.

And I think the second thing there has a lot to do with intolerance and ignorance, too.
