So I just recently (and by recently I mean last night) finished the first season of Doctor Who. I've got to tell you, I agree 150% with him being an ideal man. I mean, I'm loving the tenth doctor, but for different reasons. Basically, there's nothing to feel guilty about, because Nine is totally amazing like that. Don't hate yourself.

I could've written something like this at 18. Writing it at 20 is no worse. When you haven't dated it seems like you're the last one on the planet, but trust me, you're not, and being infatuated with a character is not bad or pathetic. You recognize he's fiction, and he's not displacing an actual boyfriend, so don't worry about it and let things happen for you in their own time.

Wow, the TW and DW secrets are plentiful.

Nine is my doctor too. DT did a fantastic job but I preferred Chris in the role. I don't date so it's not like a crush or anything, nine is just awesome. I love his smile in the everybody lives moment from The Doctor Dances.

Why hello there person who is virtually me! How're things?

Like someone above me, I've just finished working my way through Series 1. I don't think I'm exactly in love with Nine, but there's just something in the way he smiles that breaks my heart and stitches it together at the same time. I'm sure I'll love Ten too, but it won't be in the same way, not at all.

And don't worry too much about everything else. Love comes around to almost all of us, one way or another. I hope your turn will come too!
