This. So much. Not to mention he is the worst friend ever. Destroying Sheldon's Nobel Prize winning (maybe) experiment, and convincing Howard and Raj to help, just because he was annoyed with Sheldon for the three weeks they were cooped up together? No... just no, especially when Leonard wanted to go in the first place. I liked him in Season One and somewhat in Season Two, but Season Three he is just a jerk.

You realize Howard, and to a lesser extend Raj, can't stand Sheldon, right? So I doubt he really needed to be "convinced" to do anything. And they didn't destroy the experiment. They saved all of his data. Jesus, Sheldon apologists need to calm down. The guy is a dick, he gets what he deserves from people who have incredible patience for him but get fed up every now and then.

And Leonard did not destroy anything, nor does he deserve the brunt of the anger about this situation. Howard and Raj were plotting against Sheldon from the day they got there in the season 2 finale. As the months went by, they, as a group, were considering several ways to get back at Sheldon.

But more importantly: they didn't destroy anything! They kept Sheldon's original data (which as they all said, was going no where and would most likely not have resulted in anything significant, let alone winning a Nobel Prize)
