now we're just going to have more people whining about the abyss fandom, which isn't as bad as it could be, and at the very least active. I predict another secret in the future that will say something along the same line, or "ALL ABYSS FANDOM MEMBERS ARE WHINERS - WHY DON'T THEY GET OFF THEIR ASSES AND ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING INSTEAD OF POSTING TO fandomsecrets ALL THE TIME?"

. . . :( I attempt to RP Jade, but my view of him isn't very slashy to begin with so I feel very much like a failure. I try my best with him but somehow I don't feel confident enough even though some people compliment me in doing so.

He's an awesome character, I completely understand him, despite how he acts in game I don't think he's emotionally restrained at all, but mature due to to the position he is and his dark and off color humor isn't all what he is.

But even then, I feel I'm not RPing him right even if I made a whole essay on his personality beforehand.

For that reason, I'm scared.

3) I can tolerate Cid/Yuffie better than I can Vincent/Yuffie. And... yeah, I like shota. It's weird, in Japan it's like it has no bearing whatsoever on reality, so it's not verboten. Which is how it should be- so far disconnected from reality that it's just a flight of fancy or a daydream.

4. Why don't you just SAY you don't want to hear about it? :| People tend to be understanding about this sort of thing. Or, you know, you could just keep ignoring it until it dies down. It's generally not that hard to avoid youtube links unless they're coming in swarms.

Getting out of the fandom gets rid of the nausea by the way. You'd think that would be easier than bitching about it.

10. I can't be sure about this, of course, but I don't think his creator was a genius either, was he (she)? And all the writers? You don't need to be one to be able to roleplay one, you know, just like you don't need to be an idiot to play a character whose lights aren't all on up there.
