I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw you like Lucifer, shit changed my life a little bit. Plus Vertigo is my weekly crack. And then I read on and decided that anyone who likes quality comics AND history AND religion must be awesome. Oh my god can I friend you please

Vertigo is nearly the only comic line I will read and LUCIFER FANS OMFG YESSSS it is so hard to find them. Which makes me full of woe.

I know, I've been trying to introduce all of my Sandman-fan friends to it, but as soon as I say "It's better than Sandman--" they interrupt me with "YOUR ARGUMENT IS INVALID." I love Neil Gaiman more than freedom, but Mike Carey is a juggernaut of the comics world. Are you reading the Unwritten?

I tried expanding my pull list outside of Vertigo once, but then I decided it wasn't worth it to read crap just for the sake of variety. :D

Mike Cary employs DELICIOUS GNOSTICISM OMNOMNOM better than Gaiman. But I have a toootal hard on for the series since I'm actually discussing it in my thesis

D: I am not, but I have heard it is VERY VERY GOOD and want to read it when I get a chance

I like Bone, as far as comics not from Vertigo go
