I ALWAYS come late to these parties, but what the hell. Here we go:

Location: Was in China, now in the US, hope to be back in China in the next few years
Fandoms: There's lots of stuff I like, but I'm not necessarily active. Always up for a chat though. X-Men, Marvel comics and Mad Men are my main thing right now. But there's always Buffy, Star Wars, Neil Gaiman, Jane Austen, Harry Potter, Philippa Gregory, and probably a bunch of things I'm forgetting, including video games
What in fandom interests me: Analysis/discussion of characters/plots, casual shipping, squeeing over fun stuff.
What in fandom does NOT interest me: Ship wars, female character bashing, tons of slash. (Some slash is a-ok.)
Major Non-fandom Interests: Education, teaching, world travel, sushi (SUSHI!), feminism, gay rights, Victorian and Romantic literature, Tudor history, books, books, books, oh, and baking
My LJ Contains Mostly: real life stuff with a mix of fandom chatter and the occasional meme
Other: I like sushi. A lot.
