Fandoms: Ohh geez. What a list. Let's see... Invader Zim, Pirates of the Caribbean, How I Met Your Mother, Sweeney Todd, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, Disney and animated movies in general, various works of Shakespeare and the Reduced Shakespeare Company, Repo! the Genetic Opera, Harry Potter, Hanna Is Not a Boy's Name, Questionable Content, Gunnerkrigg Court, Friends, Dead Like Me, Teen Titans (the animated series), Batman (animated series, movies, and I've been reading what I can of the comics), Avenue Q, sorta getting into Neil Gaiman stuff, the Muppets, annnddd...that's all I can think of right now. I'm probably forgetting a crapload.
What in fandom interests me: A lot! It's been some time since I actually participated in fandom--I used to be pretty active, but for the past three or four years I've mostly just lurked. I'd like to jump back in but I'm not sure how. Anyway, the things I like most--writing/reading fic, fanart, silly icons, discussions about the fandom (especially crack pairings), and roleplaying. Oh, and making fun of Twilight. It never gets old.
What in fandom does NOT interest me: Uhh... well. Slash that's slashy for the sake of being slashy. I have absolutely nothing against slash itself; in fact, I myself am bisexual, and that's why it bugs me. A person's sexual orientation, IMO, is a huge part of who they are and why. Changing that for the sake of your pr0nz is just STUPID.
I also dislike anime. I'm sorry, but most of it makes my eyes bleed. Okay, not really, but...y'know.
Major Non-fandom Interests: Reading, writing, drawing, theater-y stuff, getting angry about things no one else cares about.
My LJ Contains Mostly: Right now it doesn't contain much of anything because I've been accustomed to writing everything in my DeviantArt journal, but soon enough it'll contain writing snippets, memes, squeeing about fandoms, and various ramblings and musings about my own life.
