Oh god that couple squicked me so much, and I don't like Deb's character either, but I did like that ship. They made each other so much happier than other couples on the show. They seemed way, way healthier too.

you are definitely not alone. Deb/Lundy was my OTP for awhile. Like, when he first came into the show and they started being friends I kinda shipped it, but I figured it would never happen because he's so old... but then it did and it made my life :)

Me too, anon, me too. They were so damn hot but there was also that incredibly sweet side to their relationship. I loved how Deb blossomed around him and all in all, I think they were the perfect match for each other.

It kills me that these two don't have their own comm! :(

*basks in all the Deb/Lundy love* I was really SHOCKED at how much I shipped them and how cute they were together, because normally May/December romances are not my thing. But Deb is awesome and Lundy was awesome, so it makes sense I'd love them together.

I will admit, it took me awhile to warm up to the idea, but eventually I (apparently) found my inner daddy complex and realized the true hotness that was there.

You're not alone. They were my Dexter OTP and I'm still devestated over what happened. If anyone has any good fic (or icons) of this ship, please let me know!
