I think that's a bit different than what the OP is saying. Giving critique is one thing. Trolling is another thing. Bullying and harassing someone is another, completely different thing.
What you did was, I assume, trying to be constructive. Trolling is, from what I understand, saying things to get a reaction and attention.
What the OP said was "bullying" which I take to mean going after a person, following them around, maybe getting personal information, continually going after someone on different posts, maybe different websites, etc.
I don't know if that's what they meant, but that's what it seems like to me. Completely different from trying to be constructive.

For all we know, the "bullying" the OP talked about might have been something as simple harsh critique. malik_chan's point is that people get accused of trolling all the time for doing things that aren't really trolling. Given that a lot of people casually equate trolling with bullying, I can easily see a situation arising where someone might get called a bully just for engaging someone else in an argument on a message board, if the other person is overly sensitive.

I've had an experience similar to malik_chan's, where I critiqued an artist on her perspective errors and anatomy, and she responded by actually calling me a "bully" (and telling me to go look at child porn, and blocking me from commenting on her DA account). These things happen.
