I just imagine every theater needs to hire three or four people to sit in the theater and randomly change seats and complete bits of dialog not in the actual film. And extra giant speakers sent up in the back row so every now and then there will be heavy breathing RIGHT BEHIND YOU and the actors will just stop whatever they're doing to stare out at you in complete terror.

It could be so amazing but is so impractical.

Hmm. Your ideas are intriguing.
Perhaps this couldn't work as a mainstream or even indie film distributed across the nation, but something like that could very possibly work as an art piece.
I don't think anyone would ever take on such a project but it's really lovely to imagine.
