IMO, Potterverse and Narnia would be best friends. Narnia and Middle Earth would be siblings. Narnia and His Dark Materials-verse would be each other's worst enemies. Tamora Pierce's Tortall would be the girl that everyone likes but never really talks to or notices. Jane Austen-verse and Mark Twain canon would be social/academic rivals with ridiculous amounts of UST.

Middle Earth would look down his (or her?) nose at Tamora Pierce's Tortall as the inferior attempt at magic in a medievalish alternate world. Madeline L'Engle's science fiction would sort of be the RA type everyone's-friend to obscure less-sciencey books that you find at used bookstores/comic book shops. British period drama series/films with little to no fandom such as House of Eliott, Tipping the Velvet, Master and Commander, BBC's Miss Marple, etc. would form a sort of forced society/club/table in the lunchroom and would eventually bond over it and make weird little alliances, friendships and enemies amongst themselves. The Disney Channel Original Movies would be like a giant military academy that's trained to be able to conform itself to whatever appearance the creators/distrib. company wanted it to at that time... DCOMS would form little generational groups* and all the pre-2005 films would look at the post-2005 ones the same way that English majors look at Valley girls.
* Johnny Tsunami would be dating Zenon and be ~buds~ with Smart House. The Color of Friendship, Stepsister from Planet Weird, and the Ultimate Christmas Present would get jobs in the same small business district and be friends. Halloweentown (1-3 only), Mom's Got a Date with a Vampire and Phantom of the Megaplex would be "BFFs" and watch gory movies together.
Man Wikipedia helps with the names of all these old Disney movies. I remember the plots like crazy though. :/
It seems like I went ridiculously more into detail for that last bit than all the rest. hah.
Feel free to add, it'd be cool if this thread went somewhere (I wonder what other people's takes are on the same fandoms? "The Simpsons would ttly NOT be friends with Family Guy you N00b, stfu")
