I did a Google search on this and came across the Care Credit website. I'm not sure if this is what you're referring to but the only resources that came up in my area are veterinary, chiropractic, and vision.

I guess it depends on the region, but I know people who use it for routine medical visits. There may be other local options or similar service in your area. I presume you're American, so look into applying for medicaid. If you can't figure it out how to apply or if you qualify you may be able to get help from a social worker in a public county hospital.

But the fact that you're doing free in-home care instead of having a job to the point that you literally cannot afford to take care of a basic, low-cost medical need means something's got to give. Either your family needs to pay you for your work or you need to get a job. Nobody should live like that.
