I don't hate the show, and I've watched all the way through season 4. However, I don't think the writing's going to get better, and that's why I want the show canceled. /two cents.

I ADORE Season 1, like Season 2, am "meh" on Season 3, and really like Season 4. If it gets renewed for a last season, yay. If not, I could probably live with how S4 ended.

So freaking agree. I love this serious quite a lot, I haven't watched a tv series religiously since I was Due South first aired. I don't get the hate and enjoy the crazy roller coaster that is Heroes.
