You're not alone, OP. Watching that, I was horribly torn between turned on LIKE WHOA and being so sad and disturbed for him. I always have this problem with characters I like doing something terrible/having something terrible done to them.

I think there are (at least) two different reasons this scene would engender a sexual reaction 1. the violence 2. the angst (getting off on Dean and/or Cas' pain). I think for me it's the latter. Not sure what that says about me either!
