There was some UNKNOWN DRAMU in the last round where ~some team~ (??? this is a mystery -- I can confirm it wasn't Team Chulu, we were busy writing porn) apparently complained about an entry's ~legality~ after the vote had taken place (possibly Team Chulu's, we kind of took advantage of the rules, haha ^_^;) and there was a big mysterious public service announcement re: good sportsmanship.
But speaking as HALF THE CREATOR of the untimely-bump'd entry -- come on, OP, it's all in good fun. :( We got to create/see Pavel Chekov as an apricot poodle puppy! His adventures chronicled in feeble verse! That's worth more than any silly points.
The mods are trying to make the (ultimately meaningless) title of WINNAR possible for any team, whether they have eighty team members or eight, so they're trying hard to make an unbiased points system based on more than just sheer force of numbers. I think they're doing a really admirable job, myself, and I'm grateful to them for giving us all the opportunity to band together and create and cheerlead and have fun. It sounds cliched and trite, but it's how I feel, and I hope you too can relax enough to enjoy it for what it is, a big chillaxed fandom-wide barbecue. Type-thing.
