Yeah, and they shouldn't. Especially since most of the speculation tends to be, "look at those disgusting skinny bitches." Anorexia is a serious mental illness and mocking people who suffer from it is inappropriate.

Thanks for this. I hate anyone who judges people on either end of the spectrum, because it's quite possible they have stuff going on with their mind and health that's painful enough without someone else's derision or concern trolling. And maybe they're perfectly fine and just want to look that way? Why should anyone give a fuck? People do all kinds of unhealthy shit all the time.
