But really, the secret was about having smaller than average breasts. Meaning, OP is comparing her breasts to average/slightly larger than average size. And yes, low self-esteem, shyness, not being able to find clothes that fit, and being desexualized in the media and often in real life are real problems. The OP is allowed to have problems that aren't your problems.
