Some already tried making a new comm after the Uhura's hair drama, it's no better or worse than the original :/

Maybe a strictly reboot comm..

cause it seems like a lot of the people who enable these problems in the comm are TOS folks who waited like 20 years for this ship to happen and get a little crazy about it.

I'm also kind of sick of all the TOS fic at that place.

lmfao i didn't know S/U shippers existed before the reboot, but i would love a strictly reboot comm

Most of the good stuff I've read has been pre-movie. I think in general, post-movie fic for ST fandom is rather sucky.
