Whomever made that video really did some things to make it fit his viewpoint better than it does in reality. Using an almost completely side profile vs. a 3/4 angled face WILL make them look differently shaped. Hurf durf. I saw several guys that were clearly asian in there that didn't have a rounded 3/4 profile. It would also be nice if they didn't have the text go by at a fast pace. I'm a fast reader and that was far too quick.

Yeah, I kinda laughed when the person compared 3/4 angles. The examples used for that portion were way off. But I DID agree in some parts, especially that of using exaggerated facial features to note white people (I've seen this a few times). And as for the whole "some Asian people look like anime characters" - I'm Asian, and I've been told I look like an anime character. It doesn't matter even if my eyes aren't as huge and widened.
Either way the one who made the video did acknowledge that people see what is the "norm" in anime: if you are around Asian people a lot, you see Asian; same with white people. Only when the features are exaggerated you can tell what..."race" the character is supposed to be. I only posted it to show a reason why people think Suki is Asian...among other things.

Another thing I would like to add: Western animation tends to have rounder faces as well instead of more bumpy ones. Why? Because it is easier to draw so this argument tends to make me laugh.
