2. I found that after some pestering, my mom was actually pretty willing to buy me a tablet. Mine wasn't even that expensive, a hundred and something for a decent size. I of course, was disillusioned to the fact that it was going to be something easy ! and amazing! and fun! to use, but it's actually rather difficult and much different than from paper. _{In my opinion.} But you get used to it, I was spastic on the first day I had it because everytime I moved my pen-holding hand the line would shoot off and away. *Babbles* THE POINT HERE IS; tl;dr it's not hard to save up for one and it's worth it but just remember it isn't something... magical. *Shot* _{I'd know, I find it rather hard to use.} AND I TOO ONLY USE IT FOR FANDOM. ♥

I think I was always expecting there to be some easy, magical way to make digital art that would be as easy as drawing on paper ... and in the end I just realized that no matter how awesome your tablet might be, you're going to have to work for the type of artwork you want. It's not easy. I only use mine for fandom as well. It's the whole reason I wanted it.

6. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THE PEOPLE INVOLVED ARE OR WHAT THE RP IS, but Kadaj hating Sephiroth makes perfect sense to me. It's just the insanely jealous "MOMMY LOVES HIM MORE THAN ME, WAAAAA" thing. 11. Her at the beginning of the series might come off as a tad annoying, but she gets better- especially after the timeskip. I think most fangirls bash her because she's getting in the way of their 'omg NaruSasu otp', especially with some of the latest events in the manga.

11. I'm sorry that it hurts you so much but, not a lot of people liked Sakura at all at the beginning. I didn't bash her, but i'll admit it hated her guts 8D I found her insanely annoying and all gfhdjsgjfd 'SASUKE-KUN!' and i think i was more pissed off at the fact she was being such a useless girl while Naruto and Sasuke were trying their hardest.
Then again, when she finally bucked up in the Chuunin exam? And she cut her hair to protect naturo and sasuke? gfhjdsgdf i was so bloody proud of her.
And srsly, i've never been proud of a character before XD And she showed us all how awesome she could be after the time skip :3
Some people like to take it to the extreme when they dislike/hate a character though, and it won't change, it just how fandom works unfortunately D:

First off, I LOVE YOU.

Anyway, Zuko is my favorite character from any show. I never watched TV or drew fanart, but I've started drawing fanart for the first time and watching TV consistently for the first time in years because of him. I never miss a Saturday.

I love Zuko's personality. He works as an antagonist, bu there's a real person there, too. One who's kind of silly, one who has faults (a LOT of faults), one who makes mistakes. I feel like he's not the cardboard cutout antagonist I see in most manga, anime, movies, etc.

3. ...I stole mine from my highschool art teacher right when I graduated. :x She had it in her storage closet and she wasn't using it D: I love using it and all, but I've gotten to where I don't really use it for art XD;

But I'm sure if you shop around and save up, you'll be able to get one ♥ Good luck with that.

2. Unfortunately, a tablet isn't really that great. I owned a Wacom tablet for about a year before I bought my tablet PC and I could never use it. I used my mouse for my first CGing. Then again, I knew nothing about the techniques back then. It think it's really a mental thing. I thought I'd be able to make better art with a tablet PC than a Wacom, but really had I taken the time to do more with the Wacom to begin with I could have done the same with it. Likewise, I know people who use only a mouse and make beautiful art. It's all about layers and the smudge tool really when you get to the core of everything. I didn't know this for years.

If you really a tablet though, my Wacom was about $100 and I know you can find them cheaply on eBay. My tablet PC on the other hand was a good $2k by the time I got done with it. Yes, I can draw directly on the screen, but a Wacom actually has smoother precision lines. I can't draw in OpenCanvas to save my life because my stylus doesn't quite match up with the brush tools.

If you can't afford one, just use the guise of wanting to go to art school. It worked for me. >_>

Yes, I own this thing for the sake of making fanart. I'm a loser.
